WORRIED ABOUT THE POSTAL STRIKE?
Dont be! We send all of our confirmations and tickets by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is mostly unaffected by the postal strike. However, if affected, we make alternative arrangements to ensure you receive your tickets in good time.SERVICES PROVIDED
Ticket Solutions Ltd specialise in obtaining hard to get tickets to sold out events. Through our many sources we are able to obtain a wide variety of tickets to almost any event in the UK and around the world. Due to the efforts and costs involved in providing you with hard to get tickets, all seats are sold at above face value, to reflect the related costs incurred.
POLICIES
Tickets for all major events are subject to acceptable availability. Due to the nature of the business, delivery of the tickets may be as late as the day of the event (i.e in some cases a venue collection), however the majority of orders are posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery within seven days of the event taking place. Odd amounts of tickets cannot be guaranteed together, neither can rows or sections but we will do our best to obtain seats in as close proximity as possible.
If you order Tickets and your address is outside the UK, we will ask you to provide a UK delivery address, be it a hotel, friend or family members address. This is to ensure that you receive the tickets in time, as tickets are usually issued very close to the event and this does not allow us time to send them to addresses outside the UK.
If you are a resident outside the UK, we will also ask you for some Personal Identification for varification purposes. If not provided to our full satisfaction, we will end the sale of the tickets. In doing so, we will make a charge to cover our processing and admin fees.If an event is cancelled, through no fault of our own, you will only be refunded the face value of the ticket.
By ticking our terms and conditions box, you agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of said information.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations of orders once confirmed. Upon request Ticket Solutions Ltd will agree to place your order on a "Try to sell" basis, if successful we will refund your money less a nominal handling fee.
If the artist or promoter cancels the event then Ticket Solutions Ltd will refund the face value of the ticket only. If an event is rescheduled by the artist or promoter, and you are unable to attend Ticket Solutions Ltd will refund the face value of the ticket only. Tickets Solutions Ltd does not have any control over these events and therefore we will not be held responsible for any costs incurred if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the event is going ahead before travelling.
All football games are subject to change by the clubs themselves. Any game change is beyond the control of Ticket Solutions Ltd, therefore we will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by the buyer due to this change. We will do our best to inform you of the date change, but Ticket Solutions Ltd does not accept liability if we are unable to contact you. It is the buyer's responsibility to check for any fixture changes up to and including the day of the game, with either ourselves or the club directly.
WEATHER
Weather conditions may affect travel to and from the event and may cause a postponement or cancellation of the event. Such circumstances are beyond the control of Ticket Solutions Ltd and accordingly no refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused by weather conditions will be made by Ticket Solutions Ltd.
LIABILITY
The company acts as the customers agent in making contracts with third parties for any road, rail, sea or air carriage, hotel accommodation, restaurant booking and other services not provided by the company. The company shall incur no liability whatsoever and the customer shall indemnify the company against any claim in connection with or arising from such contracts however such liability or claim shall arise.
TRANSPORTATION
Ticket Solutions Ltd shall not be held responsible for damages, delays, cancellation or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an act of God, by war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of state, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control our company.
REFUNDS
If your first choice of ticket is not available, Ticket Solutions Ltd reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade (with a partial refund) the order to the next available category. All deposits are non-refundable.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
Once the tickets have been received please check them on delivery as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date. Ticket Solutions Ltd will not be held responsible for lost or stolen tickets, and we regret that we cannot under any circumstances issue duplicate tickets. All sales are final with the exception of an event being cancelled, in which case only the face value will be refunded.

LAW AND CONSTRUCTION
The right to cancel or "cooling off period" provided by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to the sale of event tickets.
The contract of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and Ticket Solutions Ltd and the client hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in all matters regarding the contracts and these Terms and Conditions.
